SUSTAINABLE ENERGY
With the world focused on phasing out the usage of fossil fuels, reducing carbon emissions to protect the world from a Climate Change catastrophe, this forum has been convened to encourage the development and financing of sustainable and green natural resource and energy projects in Africa.
The summit focuses on the development and financing of renewable energy projects in Africa. We will be exploring natural gas projects, which emit significantly lower carbon emissions that may power industries in Africa, and green metal mining projects that produce raw materials to power a greener world.
A PLATFORM FOR ALL
This platform operates as a multi-stakeholder, multi-disciplinary platform, dedicated to marketing bankable projects within the African Natural Resource and Energy Sector. It will serve as a summit to raise capital for such projects, sharing knowledge, and developing policy to accelerate the development of the energy resources of every African Nation sustainably.

Every edition of the Nigeria-Africa Natural Resource and Energy Investment Summit is targeted at addressing the fundamental challenges African nations are being confronted within the Natural Resource and Energy Sectors. Attendees and speakers will discuss investment trends and strategies that may be used to maximize the potential and accelerate the economic diversification of African nations.
TOWARDS A GREENER AFRICA
This years summit, titled ‘Towards a greener Africa’, sees the summit focus on developing green projects in Africa following the need to protect the planet from climate change. As the world moves towards a green economic recovery post-covid-19, this edition seeks to ensure that Africa is taking steps to utilize new technology to cut carbon emissions within the sector. Additionally, topics will cover the development of the African Natural resources sector to take advantage of the fast-developing green metals international market, thus attracting investment for its continued development.

This years’ event will feature:
1. SUMMIT PLATFORM
This consist of plenary sessions led by the Host of the Summit H.E. President Muhammadu Buhari GCFR, other African Leaders, Ministers, Ambassadors, Captains of Industries, and Representatives of Multilateral Institutions.


2. NETWORKING, MEETINGS, & DEALMAKING FORUM
Summit participants will have access to the summit networking app which will provide participants with the opportunity to network and arrange meetings for deal making purposes. The Summit will also provide Bilateral meeting spaces for African leaders and a dealmaking forum for CEOs and financiers.
3. THE EXHIBITION
The Summit provides industry actors with exhibition spaces to demonstrate services, products, and investment opportunities to the world. This will provide exhibitors with an opportunity to have a lasting presence that will ensure lead development over the course of the summit.


4. CULTURAL SHOWS, DINNERS, AND LEISURE
Summit participants will be provided with the opportunity to enjoy the social and cultural side of Abuja, with Cultural shows, Presidential Dinners, and Golf Tournaments organised to keep them entertained and so that they may truly experience the wonderful culture and environment in Africa.
